We begin with your mission and vision: what you want ownership to make possible, who will share the experience, and how you see life aboard unfolding. Together, we connect that vision with an ownership plan shaped around your experience, budget, and time.
Depending on the agreed scope, the work includes market research, yacht evaluation, and coordination of surveys and due diligence. Personal guidance and practical education address ownership responsibilities and preparation for weekends, seasons, or full-time cruising.
Where needed, we coordinate with appropriately qualified instructors, captains, surveyors, and technical professionals, alongside legal, tax, and financing specialists. They provide their instruction and specialist services directly.
Separately agreed concierge support includes coordinating service providers, maintenance appointments, and practical arrangements for time aboard. We organize the agreed work around your plans, with technical services delivered by appropriately qualified professionals.

Brokerage representation, transaction services, and compensation are governed by a separate brokerage engagement. Additional advisory and concierge support are separately scoped and priced.
