He draws on experience at Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory, service in the Arizona State Legislature and United States Marine Corps, and a Master of Global Management from Thunderbird.
As a yacht owner himself, Jonathan brings firsthand experience of living aboard and offshore passages, alongside his work assisting clients with international yacht acquisitions and vessel deliveries. Senior Advisors and qualified specialists contribute where their expertise is needed.

Deborah brings nearly three decades of experience in government relations and public affairs. She directed U.S. Government Relations for CURO Financial Technologies across twenty-seven states, advising senior leadership and the Board’s Risk and Compliance Committee.
At J.R. Larkin & Co., she helps clients assess regulatory and political risk, understand stakeholder interests, and consider the practical implications for their business and international plans.
