For nearly three decades, Deborah Reyes has advised chief executives and boards where decisions carry regulatory or political weight. She directed government relations for a national financial-services company across dozens of states and counseled its board's risk committee on exposures that rarely appear on a balance sheet.

John Boggs has built his career around the practice of leadership — developing and advising people carrying consequential responsibility. A retired United States Marine Corps Colonel, his career reached the strategic center of national leadership — including service as Chief of Staff of the National Defense University, Dean at the Eisenhower School, and a Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Today, as an executive coach, he works with chief executives, founders, boards, and senior leaders navigating the human dimension of consequential decisions. At J.R.
